Dear Gillian

I just wanted to write to say a huge thank you for your professional, confident and personal care during my initial consultation with you, and the treatment which followed to remove stubborn multiple milia’s that had accumulated during the course of around twenty years, around the bottom and top of my eyelids.

A few days later, after the treatment the swelling had almost gone. I am highly delighted with the outcome, which is hugely successful, and Gillian’s aftercare service was outstanding.

More recently, the second visit was equally fantastic. I was delighted that you immediately checked the eye area for any residue of milia and again very confidently removed the unwanted debris around the eye areas, together with the removal of unsightly facial hair on the chin and upper lip area. Following this treatment, the gentle relaxing steaming and cleansing methods were a perfect tranquil experience. Followed by a delightful caring and confident facial massage with its array of luxurious fruit fragrances, which was quite simply exquisite.

Dear Gillian,

I just wanted to pop you an email to let you know how happy I am with the service that you provided. As you know, I suffer from alopecia areata and amongst the hair loss was the loss of my eyebrows at around Christmas time. I decided to get them tattooed so that I did not have to deal with the hassle of drawing them on every day or worrying about the smudging or smearing during the day. It is quite a scary idea to have a tattoo done but you were so kind to me and put me at my ease from the very moment I met you and you made the whole thing very easy to do.

The results of my eyelash perm and tint which you did for me recently were absolutely brilliant – the best ever. The curl is perfection and the colour sets them off.

…for introducing me to Image Skincare! As you know I suffer with bad skin (Acne) due to a hormone imbalance.
