CANCELLATION POLICY

A  48 hour notice is required for cancelling an appointment, otherwise

a £50 “late notice" charge will be incurred.

HOLDING FEE

For all treatments, a £50 holding fee is required at the time of booking and will be deducted on the treatment day.

PRE TREATMENT BOOKING

We cannot hold appointments unless we have received the holding fee.

REFUND POLICY

We have a “NO REFUNDS” policy.

 These are “Advanced Cosmetic Procedures” which require continued intense training, special insurances, dedication, accuracy, professional knowledge, time and sterile disposable products for each client. There is no guarantee of the outcome/result, as each case is individual, depending on the severity, so we recommend an ongoing maintenance plan.
